This is to inform whomsoever that Windows Seat Holidays has the sole right of canceling the bookings at any point of time for any reason whatsoever with a prior intimation or notice of 2 working days from the date of journey.
If a customer has paid any amount in advance and his/her booking gets cancel from our side then the customer is liable to receive full amount back or refunded in next 10 working days from the date of cancellation from Windows Seat Holidays.
If Windows Seat Holidays inform the customer of his/her booking got cancel due to the vehicle is not available on the date of journey for any reason and customer is ready to reschedule the journey on which vehicle is available then we at Windows Seat Holidays will confirm the booking by writing via electronically from our official mail id i.e., [email protected]
If customer requests to cancel his/her booking, then the customer has to inform us in prior to two working days from the date of journey.
If the customer does not inform or fail to do so then Windows Seat Holidays is not liable to pay or refund the booking amount back. If a customer claims the refund of the booking amount without cancelation of his/her booking then Windows Seat Holidays is not liable to make any payment whatsoever.
Note: If Windows Seat Holidays is not able or fail to provide vehicle to the customer as per customer's requirement and intimidated or informed customer in prior to 2 working days from the date of journey, and customer claim for any compensation then we at Windows Seat Holidays are not liable to make any compensation whatsoever.

Important: – The above-mentioned terms and conditions are only applicable for the confirmed booking of a vehicle or vehicles from Windows Seat Holidays, while for booking of any other tour package the conditions are as given from the various travel partner are applicable so please refer the travel partner terms and condition as given in its website, Windows Seat Holidays is not responsible for any financial or emotional damage caused to the customers.
